If you answered 'yes' to any of the above questions, this class is for you! Beyond Running is launching an 8-week yoga series for the bendy, the not-so-bendy, and everyone in between. Have you always wanted to try yoga but stretch pants kinda scare you? Or do you already love yoga and just need a place to get yo' stretch on? Even if you think 'down dog' is just a command for your unruly pup, this is your class.
Our instructor, Cathy Piatt, is a 200hr YT certified yoga instructor and passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone. And trust us. Yoga is good for you.
Beyond Running Wellness is part of Beyond Running. Our goal is to expose you to activities, well, beyond running. We aim to give you a place to try new things, and keep up some much needed cross training and have fun doing it- even if you don't belong to a gym.
