Your order will be acknowledged via email once it has been placed. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information. Any sold out item(s) in your order will be communicated with you via email.
Only items in new condition, in the original packaging, with original tags are eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you have a receipt you may be eligible for a refund based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you do not have a receipt you may still be eligible to return an item, based on our discretion, for store credit in the amount of the lowest price the item has sold for.
The return window is 14 days from purchase date. The return window on Christmas gift items is January 7th. The return window on exchanges is 30 days.
All returns regardless of the above criteria are subject to review and will be honored at our discretion.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
